AKHLAQUNA Individual Contributions Award - State of Qatar

Inaugurated in 2023, the Individual Initiative Award represents a novel Category with a distinct mission to spotlight the owners of morally influential initiatives and projects that bear a positive influence on society, with a particular focus on individuals aged 25 to 45 years. This category endeavors to amplify individual endeavors that harmonize with the principles of Prophet Muhammad ethics. Moreover, it aspires to rally the community and encourage it to participate in such awards that create moral awareness and positive social movement.

Participation Conditions

Individuals or teams with community initiatives and contributions may participate under the following conditions:

  1. The age of the applicant (individual or team) must be between 25 and 45 years old.
  2. Applicants (individual or team) must be Qatari citizens or residents in Qatar.
  3. Applicants must upload their ID during registration and complete all required data.
  4. The applicant (individual or team) must not have previously won any of the Akhlaquna Awards.
  5. Applications must be submitted through the official website.
  6. The initiative or contribution must have been active for at least two years and still ongoing.
  7. Only one initiative or contribution may be submitted.
  8. The initiative owner must record a 2-minute video briefly explaining the initiative.
     

Evaluation Criteria

  1. The initiative owner must provide a profile outlining the initiative’s objectives, purpose, and target audience.
  2. The initiative must demonstrate clear achievements, documented evidence, and wide societal impact.
  3. If the contribution is from an individual, they must prove that the initiative is solely their own.
  4. If from a team, they must identify the team leader and describe team roles.
  5. If a team wins, the team leader or a representative will receive the award.
  6. The initiative must not be profit-driven.
  7. The initiative must directly promote Prophet Muhammad’s ethics.
  8. The contribution must target impact within the State of Qatar.
  9. The initiative must demonstrate sustainability and continuity.
  10. The idea must be creative and innovative.
  11. The impact must be proven with evidence and data, including number of beneficiaries and activities.
     

Registration Guidelines

  1. Adhere to the application deadline.
  2. Visit the official website and the individual contributions category page.
  3. Ensure the personal ID is uploaded (individual or team).
  4. Enter official data by filling out the provided form accurately (individual or team).
  5. Attach evidence, activities, and photos in PDF format.
     

General Rules

  1. The Akhlaquna initiative is under the umbrella of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development. No institution or organization may use the award’s logo or media materials for personal purposes without prior written permission from the award team.
  2. All submissions will be evaluated by a jury panel with relevant expertise.
  3. All participants must adhere to the submission schedule, provide complete data, and commit to honesty and integrity in all submitted materials.
  4. The Akhlaquna initiative reserves the right to use photos and videos of all winners for promotional purposes.
  5. Any submission not meeting the requirements and criteria for all categories will be disqualified.
  6. Winners will be officially announced at a special ceremony called “Akhlaquna Day.”
